About Us
Not a factory.
A craftsperson.
Every LevelJacket is cut, sewn, and finished by hand. No middlemen. No mass production. Just genuine leather and a genuine obsession with getting every stitch right.
OUR STORY
The founder
Started with a needle,
a hide, and a character to bring to life.
LevelJacket started simply: I wanted to wear Leon S. Kennedy's jacket from Resident Evil 4 — and I couldn't find one that was actually accurate. Every version I found was either a cheap imitation or wildly overpriced.
So I made one myself. Then a friend asked for one. Then a stranger on the internet. Before long, I was building a studio in Karachi dedicated to one thing: making the jackets that fans actually deserve.
Every jacket I make starts the same way — with the reference material. Screenshots, frame-by-frame analysis, collector forums. I don't guess. I study the character the way a costume designer would, then I translate that into real leather, real stitching, and a real garment you can wear for the next decade.
We're not a factory. We don't dropship. When you order from LevelJacket, I personally oversee the making of your jacket — from pattern cutting to final quality check.
What sets us apart
Built on principles that most
jacket sellers don't bother with.
01
Reference-accurate patterns
We study source material — game screenshots, film stills, collector images — before drawing a single pattern line. Your jacket matches the character, not a vague approximation of one.
02
Genuine leather only
We use sheep, cow, and lambskin leathers sourced for quality and durability. Real leather ages beautifully — it becomes yours over time in a way synthetic materials never can.
03
Made to your measurements
Every order is cut fresh. We use your measurements — not a size chart guess — so the jacket fits the way an expensive leather jacket should fit: like it was made for you. Because it was.
04
Hand-stitched strength
Machine stitching is faster. Hand finishing is better. Critical seams, cuffs, and hardware placements are done by hand to ensure they hold through years of wear — not just a convention weekend.
05
Direct founder involvement
You're not dealing with a customer service bot. Every order, question, and custom request goes through me directly. If something's not right, I fix it — personally.
06
Built to actually wear
Cosplay jackets that live on a hanger are a waste of craftsmanship. We design for wearability — correct weight, functional pockets, linings that breathe. Wear it everywhere. That's the point.
How it's made
Every jacket goes through the same obsessive process.
1
Character research & reference gathering
Before touching any material, we collect and study every available reference for the character's jacket. Lapel angle, zipper hardware type, stitching pattern, colorway — nothing is assumed. This is where accuracy is won or lost.

Pattern drafting to your measurements
We draft a pattern from scratch using your provided measurements. No generic blocks. No stretching a medium to a large. The pattern is built around your body so the finished jacket drapes correctly.
3
Leather selection & cutting
We select the appropriate leather grade and weight for the specific jacket — a biker jacket needs different leather than a bomber. Hides are inspected for consistent grain, then cut by hand using the drafted pattern.

Construction & detailing
Panels are assembled, seams are pressed, hardware is fitted. Decorative stitching, appliqués, and character-specific details are added at this stage. This is the longest phase — and the one where shortcuts would be most visible. We don't take them.
5
Quality review & packaging
Every finished jacket is reviewed against the original references one final time before packaging. We check seam integrity, hardware function, and visual accuracy. Only then does it go into our branded bag and ship to you.
"The RE4 jacket makes me feel just like Leon. Wearing it is a dream come true for a fan like myself — they were able to keep it comfortable and warm while also stylish. It's perfect. Just like Leon.Verified buyer —Resident Evil 4 Leon S. Kennedy Jacket
