Return & Refund Policy

At LevelJacket, we are committed to delivering premium quality jackets and an exceptional shopping experience. Every jacket is crafted using high-quality materials, and we take great care to ensure accuracy in product representation. Please note that slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting conditions or differences in screen settings, and some product details may appear slightly different from the images shown.

If you experience a sizing issue or a significant color discrepancy, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Return Procedure

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us via the email address listed on our Contact Us page.
  • Requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours will be subject to the following deductions:
    • 30% deduction if canceled after 24 hours
    • 50% deduction if canceled after 3 days but before shipping
  • Once an order has been confirmed for more than 3 days, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • If the issue is due to an error on our end, the return or exchange will be processed within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers must clearly describe the issue along with their order details and attach clear photos of the product and order confirmation when reaching out to us.
  • Size exchanges are available; however, shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer, based on the product's weight.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Orders placed for the same item in multiple sizes or colors
  • Errors made by the customer during order placement

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your request is submitted within the specified timeframe.
  • Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be clearly written on the return package.
  • LevelJacket does not charge any additional taxes or hidden fees. However, any customs duties or import charges imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
